In 2007, and in recognition of an increasingly flexible workforce and tight labour market, people2people HR solutions was established to provide outsourced HR solutions such as contractor management, recruitment process outsourcing & career transitioning services.

Traditionally only offered to organisations, career transitioning and outplacement services gives valuable career insight, development and educational tools, to assist individuals transitioning from one employer to the next, leaving the resources unavailable to individuals wanting to improve their careers.

Identifying this gap in the market, Career Compass was born. This state of the art online platform is the end to end career research & planning tool, now available for anyone to utilise.
